We're sorry to see you go. If you decide to delete your account, we'll make the process as simple and secure as possible.
OPTION 1Via the App
The fastest and most secure way to delete your account and all associated data immediately.
- Open Ignite by LR Fitness
- Go to Profile settings
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your choice
OPTION 2Manual Request
If you cannot access the app, you can request manual deletion via email.
Email your request to:
support@lrfitness.co.zaPlease allow up to 30 days for manual deletion processing.
Important Information
Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, you will lose access to all your progress, history, and training data. Any remaining time on your subscription will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.
